From Roscrea on the N62

Arriving in Birr drive straight through the first round-about (2nd exit) past St. Brendan’s Church on your left, turn right (3rd exit) at the next round-about (dimple on road), taking the R440 (past ‘the chains’) towards Kinnitty. Over the humped back bridge for approx 1.5 mile, you come to a round-about (dimple on road). Take the 2nd exit (straight through) for Clareen. We are approx 2 mile out this road on the right hand side.

From Tullamore on the N52

Entering the square in Birr (monument) veer round to your left, you come to a round-about (dimple on road) turning left here (1st exit) head out on R440 (past ‘the chains’) in the direction of Kinnitty. Over the humped back bridge for approx 1.5 mile you come to a round-about (dimple on road). Take the 2nd exit (straight through) for Clareen. We are approx 2 mile out this road on the right hand side.
